Rhiwbina Councillor to become Lord Mayor of Cardiff in May 2025

Huge congratulations to Adrian Robson who has today been nominated as the Lord Mayor Elect for 2025/26, and will take office in May 2025 for twelve months.

Adrian was first elected in 2004 and is one of the longest serving Councillors with continuous service on Cardiff Council. He is an experienced public speaker and has achieved a lot during his time as a Councillor and has represented Rhiwbina with distinction. We know he will work so hard, and will raise huge awareness and funds for charity.
