RHIWBINA LIBRARY UNDER THREAT OF REDUCED HOURS

Rhiwbina Library Hub is a very popular library in the City, and has excellent facilities which are enjoyed across the ward. Many people have been in touch over the years to say how much like using the library and would hate for it to close.

The Council is considering changing Rhiwbina Library Hub opening hours.

It could close for an addditional day or on Saturday afternoons.
